Innovative Tooling Design Engineer Role

Job Description

Step into an Innovative Tooling Design Engineer role at a premier manufacturing firm. Drive advancements in tooling solutions, working closely with customers and production teams for optimal results.

This position requires a well-rounded Tooling Design Specialist with five years’ experience in a relevant manufacturing environment. You will develop tooling concepts and support their implementation, focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams for project success

• Design and develop detailed mechanical tooling solutions

• Produce 3D models and technical documentation required

• Assist in prototype testing and installation activities

• Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in tooling design or die construction

• Strong knowledge of stamping processes and mechanical principles

• Proficient in CAD software, including SolidWorks

• Excellent analytical and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel internationally if required
