Join CBI Home Health as a full-time Personal Support Worker in the Creemore, Stayner, New Lowell area. Provide compassionate support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and emotional well-being.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be a vital part of a dedicated healthcare team at CBI Home Health. This role requires a proactive approach to client care, effective communication, and organization skills. You must have relevant certifications or be pursuing a healthcare profession. Your responsibilities will include assisting with mobility and basic personal care tasks while ensuring clients feel supported in their environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Aid clients with mobility challenges and exercises • Record and report changes in health status • Assist with daily living activities and personal care • Conduct light housekeeping as per care plans • Navigate to clients' homes in the community

Requirements: • Valid driver's license and appropriate insurance • Certification in CPR and First Aid • Background criminal check required • Up-to-date TB test and immunization record • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
