BCIT is hiring faculty for its dynamic Accelerated Baccalaureate Nursing program. This part-time and full-time faculty opportunity involves engaging students through practical, real-world nursing experiences. Strong candidates will bring innovative teaching practices and a commitment to enhancing cultural safety in nursing education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on mentorship of nursing students

• Implement effective teaching strategies using technology

• Evaluate and enhance program curriculum

• Facilitate student engagement in simulation labs

• Collaborate with colleagues in nursing education initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience

• A Master’s degree or ongoing enrollment in one

• Previous teaching experience in a post-secondary setting

• Commitment to principles of equity and diversity

• Valid BCCNM registration and CPR certification
