Senior Recruitment Specialist | Technical Recruiting | Talent Sourcing One of our banking clients is hiring an IT Developer (Power automate/Power Apps) for a 12-month contract in Toronto.

Contract Duration: 12 months

Extension/FTE: possibility for extension and conversion

Hybrid: every Wednesday and every 3rd Friday in office (Downtown, Toronto)

Key Accountabilities

Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation use cases, uncover operational gaps, and evaluate opportunities for process optimization.

Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations and communicate potential risks and limitations to leadership for informed decision-making.

Stay current with advancements in Power Platform and Microsoft 365, ensuring solutions leverage the most effective features and capabilities.

Propose innovative and creative approaches to problem-solving by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and operational data.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and provide aligned, strategic recommendations.

Conduct data analysis within specific business areas to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure the timely and successful implementation of automation solutions.

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations aimed at improving team performance and generating measurable results.

Gather feedback from stakeholders through formal and informal channels to continuously refine and enhance solution effectiveness and maximize business impact.

Must haves:

2+ yrs of previous automation experience (Power automate/Power Apps)

Proficient in designing and implementing workflows with Power Automate, Power Apps.

In-depth knowledge of Power automate triggers actions and connectors to effectively integrate and enhance automation solutions.

Nice to have:

Other automation tools - Alteryx, Excel VBA Macros

Certifications like Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect, Microsoft Power Platform Solution Consultant, or any Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software

Experienced in project management and solution enablement
