With 8-10 years in geotechnical materials testing, you will spearhead the operations of our laboratory and ensure project compliance with testing standards. Your critical role in managing client relationships will facilitate the growth of our services while ensuring timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct all operations of the geotechnical laboratory • Lead projects through all phases from proposal to delivery • Confirm testing data quality and industry standard compliance • Cultivate and maintain valuable client partnerships • Uphold workplace health and safety protocols

Requirements: • Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience • 8–10 years in geotechnical testing environments • Strong understanding of ASTM, AASHTO, and CSA protocols • Valid driver’s license in Canada • Safety training credentials are advantageous
