SOTI is hiring a Senior Performance Test Engineer for a hybrid position in Mississauga, Canada. Utilize your deep expertise in performance engineering to enhance our software solutions.

As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will lead comprehensive testing efforts, focusing on system performance and stability. Your insights will influence product improvements and support critical IT and networking infrastructure tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement performance testing scenarios

• Execute stress tests to validate system stability

• Monitor application performance and server metrics

• Prepare performance reports and track issues through resolution

• Collaborate with feature teams for performance enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Extensive experience in performance and load testing

• Proficient in using performance tools like JMeter

• Understanding of administration in both Windows and Linux
