Enviros Program Supervisor Respite Care

Job Description

Lead impactful programs at Enviros as a Program Supervisor for the Respite Care Connection. Focus on experiential education and relationship building to enhance community clients' wellbeing.

In this supervisory role, you will support the Respite Care Connection by overseeing program operations for children and youth aged 6-17 years. Your duties involve developing a safe work environment, maintaining relationships with community professionals, and ensuring quality services aligned with Enviros’ principles. You will also supervise staff, implement training, and ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers • Maintain program intake processes per contract requirements • Develop and review service and safety plans • Oversee program budget and client paperwork • Organize and chair team meetings

Requirements: • Diploma or degree in Human Services • Supervisory experience in social services • Experience supporting children with complex needs • Knowledge of strength-based practice frameworks • Clear police record and intervention checks
