Software Engineering Co-op

Design and implement internal software tools integrating data from third-party systems

Extend existing product data management systems using APIs and databases

Participate in requirements analysis before and during development and validation activities

Take part in the full development, testing, and release cycle in a regulated environment

Collaborate with a wide variety of teams to deliver high-impact features improving organizational efficiency and quality

Develop, code, test, and maintain software tools supporting product data management

Requirements Object-oriented programming skills, preferably with Java or C#

Experience writing technical documentation

Experience with source repositories, preferably Git

Excellent communication skills

History of success working in a team setting

Desire to produce high-quality code

Highly proactive and able to execute tasks with minimal instruction and guidance

Enthusiasm for finding innovative solutions to unforeseen challenges

Proven ability to learn and use third-party APIs and libraries (preferred)

Experience with test-driven development and unit testing frameworks (preferred)

Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (preferred)

Experience developing web apps or desktop apps (preferred)
