Job Description

Become a crucial part of Ledcor as a Lead Scheduler in Toronto and Ottawa, bringing your 10+ years of experience in construction project planning.

In this office-based role, you'll create and maintain resource-loaded schedules for complex projects, collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless execution. Your role will focus on optimizing timelines and conducting thorough schedule risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and oversee master schedules for projects • Lead schedule integration to meet financial targets • Work with teams to align project milestones • Conduct thorough schedule risk assessments • Mentor junior schedulers and planners

Requirements: • 10+ years in project scheduling and planning • 4+ years of supervisory experience • Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field • Strong CPM expertise and resource management skills • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
