Line Operator

Job Description

Help keep production running safely, efficiently, and with quality at the forefront. We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production operations by ensuring products are coiled, perforated, packaged, and labeled to the highest quality standards while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Please note:

Candidates must be available to work

day, evening, and night shifts as required. This position will primarily support night shift operations.

What You’ll Do

Assist with production line start-up and shutdown activities

Ensure products are coiled, perforated, packaged, and labeled to quality standards

Operate printing equipment and verify proper product identification and labeling

Manage regrind material, including recording and proper storage procedures

Monitor packaging supply inventory and notify leadership of replenishment needs

Report product quality concerns and equipment issues promptly

Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance activities, and changeovers as required

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What You Bring Must Have

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights

Nice to Have

Previous manufacturing or production experience

Experience operating production equipment or machinery

Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment
