Experienced Pharmacy Assistant Manager Needed

Job Description

Enhance pharmaceutical care as an experienced Pharmacy Assistant Manager, focusing on quality patient experiences and team leadership. Step into a role that champions patient-centered service and operational excellence.

You will supervise a team of Relief Pharmacists and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and care delivery. By actively engaging in Fusion processes, you’ll ensure comprehensive patient experiences across pharmacy locations. Your professional skills will assist in medication management and patient guidance, ensuring adherence to all pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Relief Pharmacists in your territory

• Inspire and implement patient-focused service enhancements

• Ensure seamless care through the Fusion approach

• Position pharmacists for compliance and safety

• Manage patient education and medication reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

• Current Licensed Pharmacist status

• Certification in Injection and First Aid

• At least 2 years of pharmacist experience

• Familiarity with Kroll software preferred
