Job Description

Lead critical technical programs in Core Banking as a Technical Program Manager. Your expertise in banking applications and program management will be essential for successful project delivery.

This role requires managing the scope, roadmaps, and timelines of significant initiatives. You'll partner with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to drive modernization and integration efforts. Communication with senior leaders and overseeing large, complex technology programs will be a key part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical programs across Core Banking platforms

• Manage program scope, timelines, and budgets

• Drive core banking modernization and migration initiatives

• Coordinate multiple engineering teams and dependencies

• Establish governance and communicate program status

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management in Banking

• Strong knowledge of Core Banking domain and systems

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies

• Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Your leadership in program management will drive critical technology advancements in the banking sector.
