Project Manager for Transformational Projects

Job Description

Drive transformational initiatives at Harbour Air as a Project Manager located in Vancouver. This hands-on role involves key system integrations and leading cross-functional teams.

As a member of the Commercial department, you will oversee significant projects including the launch of a new Passenger Service System in Q1 2027, focusing on strict adherence to timelines and quality standards. You will coordinate project-related activities, manage vendor deliverables, and ensure efficient resource allocation while engaging multiple stakeholders throughout this dynamic process.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines • Manage budgets, ensuring alignment with project forecasts • Facilitate governance and vendor coordination sessions • Lead user acceptance testing and ensure operational readiness • Produce reports and document project progress

Requirements: • Degree in Business or Project Management • Minimum 5 years in project management or similar roles • Proven expertise in vendor and budget management • Operational experience in transportation or aviation • Familiarity with project management software
