Senior Manager for Security Solutions

Job Description

Drive strategic security initiatives with lululemon as the Senior Manager for Security Solutions. Spearhead a high-performing team and enhance security practices in a hybrid setting.

In this key role, you will guide the Security Engineering and Architecture team, ensuring security measures are effectively integrated into the technology lifecycle. Your initiatives will focus on building robust security capabilities and fostering cross-departmental collaboration to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the roadmap for Security Engineering strategies

• Mentor and develop high-performing security teams

• Implement secure architecture and threat modeling

• Manage endpoint security strategies and improvements

• Collaborate with teams to drive security outcomes

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years of cybersecurity experience

• At least 5 years in a leadership position

• Expertise in security architecture and engineering disciplines

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
